1. About this policy

This policy describes the offline, ad-free version of Arrowmora published by GameDog Studio. Arrowmora is a single-player arrow puzzle game intended for teenagers aged 13 and older and adults. It does not offer cash rewards, real-money withdrawals, payments, or an online account.

2. Information used on your device

Arrowmora stores game progress, level state, virtual points, game coins, tool counts, check-in and task progress, settings, and a local reward journal in the app's private storage on your device. These records are used to operate the game and restore progress when you reopen it. The reward journal keeps up to 60 daily summary entries of observed point growth; it is not a financial account or a complete transaction history.

This version does not transmit game progress or other user data to GameDog Studio or to advertising, analytics, attribution, or push-notification providers. It has no Internet permission, advertisements, third-party analytics SDK, cloud synchronization, or user registration. It does not collect advertising identifiers, contacts, precise location, camera or microphone recordings, or payment-account details.

3. Permissions and platform services

The app requests vibration permission for gameplay feedback. It does not request notification, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or shared-storage permissions. Android and Google Play may separately process installation, security, store, or diagnostic information under their own policies and your platform settings. Those platform services are not an in-app account or an analytics service operated by GameDog Studio.

4. Sharing and sale

We do not sell or share data from the offline game with advertisers, data brokers, or other companies. Game progress remains on the device. If you choose to contact support by email, your email provider and our email provider process that message under their own terms.

5. Support messages

If you voluntarily email us, we receive the address you use, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request, investigate the issue you report, and meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes. You can contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Retention, deletion, and security

Local game records remain in the app's private storage until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. You can remove local records using Android Settings > Apps > Arrowmora > Storage > Clear storage, or by uninstalling Arrowmora. This resets local progress and cannot be reversed through our support service. This version does not provide a cloud backup or server-side recovery. Android's app sandbox protects local files; no storage or device is guaranteed to be completely secure. There is no online account to delete.

7. Teenagers and children

Arrowmora is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the game. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a support email, contact us so that we can address it.

8. Privacy-policy website

This public policy page is hosted using Cloudflare. Visiting the website is separate from playing the offline game. The website includes no advertising, analytics scripts, forms, or cookies set by GameDog Studio. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, and request time, to deliver and secure the page, under its own privacy policy. We do not use this website to track game activity.

9. Changes and contact

We will update the effective date if this policy changes. If a future app version changes how it handles data, its policy and Google Play disclosures will be updated to reflect that version's actual behavior. For privacy questions or support, contact GameDog Studio at mg17713590726@gmail.com.
